Despite his best efforts, Tom Sizemore struggled to stay clean. In 2003, he was arrested and given a six-month prison sentence for domestic violence.
In 2005, Tom Sizemore went back to jail as he violated his probation by failing a drug test.
A 2007 documentary series, 'Shooting Sizemore,' documented his efforts to reclaim his life and career.
