The book is a harrowing account of a series of 1920s Oklahoma murders in the Osage Nation committed after oil was found on tribal land.
Jesse Plemons plays Tom White, the former Texas Ranger who led the FBI investigation in the infamous murder case.
Leonardo DiCaprio plays Ernest Burkhart, nephew of William Hale (Robert De Niro). Lily Gladstone plays Mollie, his Osage wife.
The Chief of the Osage Nation, Geoffrey Standing Bear, is an active consultant on the film.
Martin Scorsese filmed the movie with the Osage tribe's permission on their land and also cast several indigenous people as members of the Osage Nation.
'Killers Of The Flower Moon' also stars Brendan Fraser and John Lithgow.
Tantoo Cardinal, Cara Jade Myers, JaNae Collins, and Jillian Dion are among the indigenous actors cast for the movie. The film is yet to have a release date.
