Emma Heming has recently denied the claims of using her husband Bruce Willis’ diagnosis for her own five minutes of fame.
Heming and Willis have been married until 2009 and has aimed to increase awareness about her husband’s condition after he spoke about his battle with aphasia that changed to frontotemporal dementia.
Heming shared a video through Instagram on Wednesday where she said that she saw something about her getting her five minutes which is good but it means that people are listening.
Emma added that she is going to take her five minutes and would turn it into 10 because she would always advocate for her husband.
Emma Heming aimed to increase awareness about the disease and for caregivers who are unsung heroes in the outer world.
She mentioned that she is turning her grief, anger and sadness into something good around something that feels less than.
Willis’ family revealed last month that his condition has taken a worse turn and they said in the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration website that although it is painful, they are relieved to have a clear diagnosis.
Bruce Willis’ family revealed in March 2022 that he would step away from acting after being diagnosed with aphasia where an individual’s speaking and writing skills are affected.
