'Jeopardy!' Commits Massive On-Air Blunder Before Game Even Starts

Jeopardy! is currently one of the most popular game shows on television but it recently fell victim to an error which was easily spotted by viewers.

Host Mayim Bialik was congratulating finalists in the High School Reunion Tournament and wished them good luck when the game show shifted to a scene of the contestants with their final tallies showing.

Jackson Jones, Justin Bolsen and Maya Wright’s amounts were displayed on screen for a long time alongside the totals towards the end.

The makers of the show have not responded. The show could not give the ultimate result of the college students’ dispute because it is a two-game match with the highest combined score declaring the winner.

The second game is scheduled to air on Thursday but a few of the viewers were easily able to notice the editing glitch which was a bigger one this time.

The first day of the finale of the Jeopardy! High School Reunion Tournament aired on March 8, 2023. The competition started back on February 20, 2023 with 27 teen contestants.

Jackson Jones is a junior at Vanderbilt University from Louisville, Kentucky. Maya Wright is a senior at Emory University from Peachtree City, Georgia. Justin Bolsen is a first-year student at Brown University from Canton, Georgia.

The trio appeared on the show previously as teenagers when Alex Trebek was hosting the show before his unfortunate demise.
