Lady Gaga Performance Not Happening At The 2023 Oscars

Lady Gaga won't be performing a musical number at the 95th Annual Academy Awards ceremony this year.

Lady Gaga plans to attend the Oscars ceremony as a nominee, not a performer.

Lady Gaga has previously performed twice during the Oscars ceremony, in 2016 and 2019.

Currently filming ' Joker: Folie à Deux' with Joaquin Phoenix, Lady Gaga doesn't have a moment to rehearse for the ceremony.

Lady Gaga is nominated for the Best Original Song Oscar for ' Hold My Hand ' from 'T op Gun: Maverick .'

Other nominees for Best Original Song Oscar are ' Applause ' ( Tell It like a Woman ), ' Lift Me Up ' ( Black Panther: Wakanda Forever ), and ' This Is a Life ' ( Everything Everywhere All at Once ).

The song ' Naatu Naatu ' from S. S. Rajamouli's ' RRR ' is also nominated for Best Original Song.

Jimmy Kimmel hosts the 95th Annual Academy Awards, which will be handed out Sunday, March 12, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
