The domestic issues between Tiger Woods and his ex-girlfriend Erica Hernan has increased up to a great extent and things have now reached the court.

Reports say that Woods reportedly locked Hernan outside the seaside mansion they shared on the Treasure Coast following their split in October 2022.

Hernan has sued a homestead trust controlled by Woods and she is also seeking damages worth $30 million and the news is now grabbing the attention of the internet.

She alleged that the trust and the representatives unlawfully took $40,000 of her money and made false claims on how she acquired the money.

The accusations have been described as malicious and damaging for her image. She had an agreement to continue living at the house for five or six years following their separation.

The complaint stated that Hernan had to perform tasks and responsibilities that were not so easy for her considering the context and surroundings of the existing situation.

Hernan also filed another lawsuit where she requested to be released from the NDA which was signed in 2017. She said that the agreement is not enforceable according to the federal Speak Out Act.

Erica Hernan and Tiger Woods have been romantically linked for a long time but they avoided revealing anything about their relationship to the public.
