'The Movie Critic': Everything We Know About Quentin Tarantino's Final Movie

WRITTEN BY SHAURYA THAKUR

Quentin Tarantino has written a screenplay called 'The Movie Critic' which could reportedly be his 10th and final film.

It is said to take place in the late 1970s, Los Angeles, with a female lead at its center. The title alludes to Tarantino paying tribute to Pauline Kael.

Pauline Kael was a famous film critic who wrote for The New Yorker from 1968 to 1991 and was known for her "witty, biting, highly opinionated and sharply focused" reviews.a

Her review of Jean Luc Goddard's 'Band Of Outsiders' helped Quentin Tarantino identify the cinematic language he wished to see in his movies.

During his time off from directing, he has written a novelization of his 2019 film 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood'.

In 2022, he came out with a non-fiction bestseller 'Cinema Speculation'.

He currently co-hosts 'The Video Archives' podcast with Roger and Gala Avery.

At 'Two Bears One Cave,' podcast he told Tom Segura he had written a television series.
