Shakira's Single About Gerard Pique Breaks Guinness World Records

Shakira has been in the news lately for her personal life. It all started after her partner, Spanish soccer player Gerard Pique cheated on her with another woman named Clara Chia Marti.
Earlier this year, the 46-year-old created a track with Bizarrap titled ‘Music Sessions Vol. 53’. Its lyrics take shade at her ex for cheating on her.
Now, the Columbian singer has broken 14 Guinness World Records (GWR) with this track.
It includes the title for the most viewed Latin track on YouTube in 24 hours, the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in 24 hours, the fastest Latin track to reach 100 million YouTube views, the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in a week, etc.
Shakira holds a total of 17 Guinness World Records to date.
The lyrics of her son directly slammed Pique for being unfaithful to her. “I’m not coming back here, I don’t want another disappointment / So much that you pretend to be a champion / And when I needed you, you gave your worst version,” the lyrics state.
Later in the song, the singer says that she will not be coming back even if they are “crying or begging” for her.
Last year, the singer discovered that he has been cheating on her with Clara Chia Marti. They parted ways and since then, the soccer player has gone public about his relationship with Marti.
