WRITTEN BY  RIYA DUBEY

'Naruto' is one of the best anime of all time and not only in the shonen genre, but overall as well. One thing that sets it apart from other shonen anime is that despite it having multiple fights, it does not have many deaths.

That however is changed a little in 'Boruto'. 'Boruto' follows the journey of Naruto's son, Uzumaki Boruto. Fans are curious about how many 'Naruto' characters have died in 'Boruto'. Read to find out.

3) Onoki Onoki was the third Tsuchikage and was one of the most powerful fighters in the fifth great Shinobi war.  He had great fighting prowess, enough for him to be recognized by the great Uchiha Madara.

In 'Boruto', he started experimenting with science. He wished to create artificial humans called Ku. Onoki realized that Ku was dangerous. He died trying to right his wrong and destroyed the Ku.

2) Ao Ao was part of the hunter ninjas who were the right hands of the Mizukage. Ao was thought to be dead by everyone, but in reality, he was recruited by Kara, and his body was modified.

He turned evil and fought Boruto and his team. During that fight, Ao was overwhelmed by Boruto's words and decided to turn good. He sacrificed his life trying to save Boruto and was crushed under the boiling toad.

1) Kurama Kurama was one of the strongest powers in the 'Naruto' world. Originally introduced to be ruthless and an antagonist, Kurama became Naruto's most trusted friend and a brother in the end.

He died after using the Baryon mode against Jigen.  Ōtsutsuki mentioned that since the tailed beings are chakra-made real, they never truly die. Whenever they seem to die, they get resurrected after some time.
