Prince Harry is suing Rupert Murdoch's 'The Sun' newspaper over illegal information gathering.
Murdoch's News Corp had received an undisclosed settlement with Prince William.
The lawsuit states that the News Group Newspapers illegally hacked into the phones, intercepted voicemail messages, and obtained private information about the royals.
Harry's lawyers have said that Murdoch paid a “very large sum” to William to settle the phone hacking claims.

In 2007, the news of the alleged phone hacking of the British royals surfaced. It again resurfaced in 2010 and 2011 when it was revealed that the UK police were also involved in it.
Harry has revealed in a witness statement that he was "summoned to Buckingham Palace" to drop the lawsuit as it will affect his family's reputation.
"The reason for this was to avoid the situation where a member of the Royal Family would have to sit in the witness box and recount the specific details of the private and highly-sensitive voicemails that had been intercepted," he said.
Harry said that courtiers were "incredibly nervous" about the leak of an intimate phone call between King Charles and Camilla when the former was married to Princess Diana.
