10) Danzo There have been multiple villains in 'Naruto' who have committed worse atrocities than Danzo. Among all the villains in 'Naruto', he is by far the most hated villain.
9) Rachel Rachel from 'Tower Of God' is a selfish and manipulative person who used Bam for her own good. Fans hated her the most when she tried to kill Bam.
8) Shou Tucker Shou Tucker is one of the most psychopathic characters in the entire anime world. Appearance-wise, he looks like the sweetest person, but his true nature is terrible.
7) Johan Liebert Johan doesn't really have a reason to turn into a villain. He simply does whatever he wishes to and that makes him a psychopath in every sense of the word.
6) Griffith Griffith's true nature emerges when he betrayed his friends and got them killed simply for the sake of obtaining more power.
5) Dio Brando Dio's character and nature were revealed from the starting episode itself, but even then the fans didn't expect him to commit the atrocities that he did.
4) Akainu Akainu from 'One Piece' actually used to be a character that intrigued the fans. However that all changed when his attack caused the death of Ace.
3) Hisoka Hisoka is not only weird and a pervert, but he is also a pedophile. Hisoka does whatever he can to ensure a strong opponent for himself.
2) Mahito Mahito turned Junpei into a monster and forced him to attack Itadori. Fortunately, his attack was not successful but unfortunately, Junpei died right in front of Itadori.
1) Gabi Gabi is not really a villain but her one action caused her to be hated. Gabi had a gun that she used to kill one of the most loved characters in the anime, Sasha Braus.
