Along with Madonna, Eminem, and Jimmy Fallon, Justin Bieber is getting sued for promotion of BAYC NFTs

A class-action lawsuit has been filed against many celebrities and Yuga Labs and Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) .

The Lawsuit is for misleading investors by celebs promotions leading investors to lose their investments

Yuga Labs launched the BAYC NFTs in 2021. The Bored Ape became one of the most sort after avatars.

The Bored Ape has 10,000 variants with varied features. In March 2022, its value was $643,030,467.

The plantiffs accused them of using "insidious marketing and promotional activities from A-list celebrities".

BAYC collections help the investors to buy ApeCoin, the currency used for BAYC.

The investors would get access to the exclusive discords of celebrities, the Yacht Club, and other benefits.
