Jenna Ortega Posts Beautiful Tribute After the Death of Wednesday Addams Actress

Jenna Ortega recently paid tribute to Lisa Loring, who played the role of Wednesday Addams in the popular sitcom, The Addams Family.
Ortega posted some black and white pictures of Loring as a child on her Instagram Story on January 31 and wrote that she feels devastated to hear the news.
According to Loring’s daughter’s statement issued on January 28, she passed away due to stroke that resulted from high blood pressure.
Loring’s friend Laurice Jacobson revealed the news of her death on social media and stated that she was on life support for three days.
Lisa Loring gained recognition for her performance as Wednesday Addams on the ABC sitcom, The Addams Family, and she was only six years old at the time.
Loring reprised her role in the 1977 film, Halloween with the New Addams Family and appeared on other projects like As the World Turns, Blood Frenzy, Iced and more.
Jenna Ortega portrayed Wednesday Addams in the Netflix supernatural comedy horror series, Wednesday, which premiered on November 23, 2022.
Wednesday received positive reviews from critics and audiences and was recently renewed for a second season in January 2023.
