While the pair split, there are a few new details that have came out on how Shakira discovered that Gerard Pique has been cheating on her.
Reports say that Shakira hired a detective to find that her partner was cheating on her. The thing happened last year in the month of March.
Gerard called Shakira asking for some space and she was in the United States at the time. Shakira became suspicious leaving her with no other option expect hiring a detective.
Pictures of Pique with Clara Chia were clicked by some unknown source and Shakira asked Sasha and Milan’s father to undergo couple’s therapy.
The proposal did not work out and Pique rejected the same eventually deciding to move into a flat that would be owned by him.
Shakira and Gerard Pique were romantically linked in 2011 and they became the parents of two kids in 2013 and 2015.
The 46-year-old started her career at the age of 13 and her first two albums were commercial failures. She eventually gained recognition for her fifth album, Laundry Service.
