James Gunn Clarifies DCU Superman And Batman Age Rumors

James Gunn’s entry into DC Studios has received a mixed response considering that he is planning to reboot the entire franchise.

Gunn will be introducing Superman and Batman in an all new form again but detailed information about the project remains unknown for now.

However, in a recent interview, he clarified how he is planning to bring Superman and Batman and netizens were impressed with the same.

Gunn was asked on a Twitter thread on how Batman will appear next and he answered by saying that no one has been cast so far.

He answered another question related to Superman’s age, saying that the character will be younger than in his 40s while Batman will be a few years older than Superman.

Gunn dismissed the rumors about him saying that Superman will be 25 years old but he did not speak anything on what fans should expect for now.

Towards the end of last month, James Gunn revealed that he is planning two new Superman projects, which also include Superman: Legacy.

Gunn added that the Superman film will be written by him and the Batman film will be inspired from Batman: The Brave and the Bold comic book which features a new Batman.
