Machine Gun Kelly hinted at something special on Sunday night’s Billboard Music Awards 2022 when he referred to Megan Fox as his wife and then referenced their newborn kid. MGK entered the stage in Las Vegas to sing “Twin Flame,” and he mentioned at the outset that he wrote it for his wife. Halfway through the concert, he said that this was for his unborn child while the sound of a heartbeat played.
Earlier in the evening, the cuddly pair shrugged aside a reporter’s inquiry about whether they would follow in the footsteps of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker. There are rumors that they can quickly get hitched off in Las Vegas too.

The pulse sound had previously had fans speculating whether he and Fox were pregnant, but when asked about it following the release of his current album, Mainstream Sellout, he opted to not reply to it. Rather than marrying, Kelly stated that they would be celebrating Fox’s 37th birthday at midnight. Kelly and Megan Fox got engaged in January at the Ritz-Carlton Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico, where they matched in spikes and glitter.

Megan Fox wrote on Instagram post their engagement.
They’ve subsequently clarified their first comment about consuming blood by adding it’s for ritual purposes. They mark it as their ritual for their utterly special and reserved occasions.

Do They Really Consume Each Other’s Blood?
Megan Fox cleared the air about drinking blood. Fox shares that drinking each other’s blood every day can actually mislead people. Megan adds that she does not want people to think that they are goblets. Rather they are those like from the Game of Thrones who like drinking each other’s blood. Meghan Fox further shares that she and Kelly definitely do consume each other’s blood but then it is just a few drops. Further, the couple only consumes it to mark the occasion. For Kelly and Megan Fox, this is nothing but just a ritual.
