Did Armie Hammer Crash Into Robert Downey Jr’s House? Here’s What We Know

Armie Hammer was once one of the most promising and respected actors in Hollywood. Son of businessman Michael Armand Hammer, Armie received widespread recognition for his portrayal of the Winklevoss twins in ‘The Social Network‘. He later appeared in the critically acclaimed film ‘Call Me By Your Name.’

But everything came crashing down after several women accused the 36-year-old actor of sexual assault and cannibalistic fetishism. In these trying times, Robert Downey Jr. has helped him. Recent reports suggest that Armie crashed into the ‘Iron Man‘ star’s house for some time.

Robert Downey Jr. has been a source of continuous support for the ‘J. Edgar’ actor ever since he was accused of rape, sexual assault, and cannibalism.

According to a report from Page Six, Robert paid the bill for Armie’s Florida rehab stint last year. Now the actor has been spending time in one of Robert’s “extra houses.”

He was also spotted around Venice, California “He’s sober and has been spending a lot of time with good friends and with his kids,” the source said.

The claims of sexual assault, rape, non-consensual BDSM, and cannibalism against Armie surfaced in 2021. Though he has denied the allegations, Hollywood has since blacklisted him.

On Friday, Discovery+ premiered a new docuseries titled ‘House of Hammer‘ which chronicles the life of Armie and the Hammer family.

The trailer of the docu showcased some unheard-of messages and voice notes from the great-grandson of the late billionaire oil tycoon Armand Hammer.

It also features two of Hammer’s alleged victims, Courtney Vucekovich and Julia Morrison, giving on-camera interviews. They also share screenshots of messages and voice memos from Armie. Casey Hammer, who is Armie’s aunt, is also involved with the project. Towards the end of the trailer, she says, “I’m about to reveal the dark, twisted secrets of the Hammer family.”

Armie is currently under investigation by the LAPD and a Los Angeles prosecutor is “specially assigned” to look over the rape allegations from his ex-lover named Effie.

“I thought he was going to kill me,” she had said in 2017 after claiming that he raped her for four hours in LA.
