Kevin Spacey Bags A Film Role Amid Lawsuits
Spacey has been facing several sexual assault charges in the United Kingdom. He won a 40$ sexual battery lawsuit in the US recently. Amid all this, news has surfaced that has surprised everyone.
According to Variety, the 63-year-old disgraced actor has bagged a role in an upcoming British independent thriller. Titled ‘Control‘, the film will have Spacey play a voice role.
Written and directed by Gene Fallaize, the film will be distributed by Cupsogue Pictures. It chronicles a British government minister, Stella Simmons (played by Lauren Metcalfe) who develops an affair with the Prime Minister.
One night, as Simmons is on her way home in her self-driving car, she sees the vehicle remotely hijacked by someone who knows her secret about her being trapped inside.

Spacey Won A Lawsuit Against Anthony Rapp
In October, the ‘American Beauty‘ actor won a $40 million civil trial in New York after a jury found he did not molest former co-star Anthony Rapp when the latter was a minor.
The court also stated that he was not liable for battery charges. In the United Kingdom, Spacey will appear on a trial next summer after being charged with five counts of sexual assault.
While Spacey has pleaded not guilty to each of the charges, the U.K.’s Crown Prosecution Service stated it was charging for seven more sexual offenses. All these charges are related to the offense. The director of ‘Control‘ has said that he is a big fan of Spacey and he will willing to put his personal issues aside.
