Rob Kardashian, brother of the Kardashian sisters along with ex-boyfriend of Kylie Jenner, Tyga has responded to Chyna‘s claim about not getting child support and being a single mother to Rob’s daughter Dream, and Tyga’s 9-year old son King.
Tyga & Rob Kardashian Reveal The Money They Gave In Child Support
Black Chyna took it to Twitter, and shared, “Yesterday, I had to give up 3 of my cars…my reasons…my morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I’m a MAMA.” This was in regards to the allegations she hurled of not receiving child support from the fathers of her children.
This did not sit well with the fathers of Dream and King. They commented on the post shared by the Instagram handle of the Shade Room. In the comment section, Rob Kardashian gave estimates of the money and money he spends with their daughter citing the reason for not giving any child support. He commented that “I pay 37k a year for my daughter’s school. I handle every single medical expense, I pay for her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday- to Saturday. Why would I pay child support lol.”
Echoing a similar sentiment, Tyga wrote, “I pay 40k a year for my son’s school & he lives w me mon-sat. Why would I pay child support lol.”.
Tyga teasingly commented on another post by The Shade Room by asking Rob, ” @robkardashian how u pay 3k less. Let me know the plug????.”
Rob Kardashian Dismissed A Lawsuit Filed Against Chyna Along With Kylie Jenner
In 2018, the reality star & Kylie Cosmetics’ owner Kylie Jenner filed a case together. They alleged that Chyna tried to choke Rob with an I-phone cord due to an intense skirmish between them at Kylie’s house. He claimed that the fight resulted in injuries to his neck, head, and face. Kylie was in the case because Rob stated that Chyna caused intensive damage to Kylie’s house, which the mogul later estimated was $100,00.
However, Rob took the case back due to their daughter. In a statement, he said, “My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial,” the 35-year-old reality star said, “Now that the court has ruled that there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial on my claim for assault, for our daughter’s sake, I am dismissing the action and focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna.”
Black Chyna’s Attorney’s Claims
Chyna had appealed in 2020 for the dismissal of a lawsuit, but it was rejected. On February 15, again, she tried, but it was rejected. Chyna’s attorney claimed that Chyna could have proved that the allegations were false in court. Before doing so, Rob withdrew the case. The attorney said, “[my client] was finally about to have her day in court at a Feb. 23 jury trial in Los Angeles Superior Court where she was prepared to prove with evidence that Rob’s claim that she physically attacked and assaulted him was a malicious lie.”
She also added that “Instead, Rob dropped his case on the eve of trial, not because he suddenly wanted to drop the case for the sake of his daughter, but because he knew his assault and battery accusations against Chyna were false.”
