Owing to the forthcoming Deadpool 3, Ryan Reynolds is getting closer to making his Marvel Universe debut. The movie is still in development. The stage is set for Wade Wilson to meet his Marvel colleagues after completing two hugely successful solo films with 20th Century Fox.
The narrative of Deadpool 3 is being kept under wraps, even though the fact that Marvel and Reynolds are busy working crafting the picture. Reynolds’ Maximum Effort Productions is aiding the picture. The guy behind Wade Wilson is presently the only cast member who has announced that he would appear in the picture. Though many others have hinted at a possible comeback from the Fox films.
Deadpool 3 Secrets Are Hidden Away By Reynolds
While Baccarin’s figure Vanessa died tragically at the start of Deadpool 2, there is plenty of room for her to return. Fans expect some sort of twist for the third solo film. She admits to being “the last to know” when it comes to details on her projects. She recently learned that filmmaker Shawn Levy had signed on, but she doesn’t have any other detail:
“I know nothing, ’cause I’m usually the last to know, I also live under a rock, I have three kids and you’re telling me there’s a director attached. I had no idea, I heard that, finally, today and I was like, ‘Oh, that’s cool!”
Baccarin also said that she keeps in touch with her co-star Ryan Reynolds. She often messages him to see what’s going on with the future trilogy. She aspires to reprise her role as Vanessa in Deadpool 3. But, when she approaches Reynolds about the film, he constantly changes the conversation and keeps her in the dark:
“I hope I get to be in it. I don’t know. They’re very, very annoyingly tight lipped. I text Ryan every six months, and I’m like ‘What’s going onnnn?’ He’s like, ‘Hey, how are you? How’s your family?’ I’m like, ‘Not what I’m asking youuuu!’”
Baccarin’s Wishes For An MCU Reynolds Homecoming
Morena Baccarin is undeniably a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She has been associated with it before her involvement on Deadpool. She was originally considered for the role of Maria Hill in 2012’s The Avengers, and now, following her two appearances in Fox’s Deadpool movie, she’s ready to bring her character into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Now that Wade Wilson has Cable’s time-travel equipment following the events of Deadpool 2, there is indeed a clear chance to bring Vanessa Baccarin back in a more significant role. Who’s to say the anti-hero couldn’t save the love of his life after killing his doppelganger in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and killing Ryan Reynolds just after his counterpart accepted the Green Lantern script?
