Marvel made the latest Cinema-Con come alive just like its movies lit the theatres up. Marvel released the first few moments of the much-anticipated movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness at the event. Moreover, Kevin Feige also disclosed his plan for phase 5 of the very celebrated Marvel’s Cinematic Universe.
Marvel Plans For The Next Phase Of MCU
Even if Marvel comes up with 10 projects within a year, viewers still end up asking for more. And thus, at the latest Cinema-Con, the MCU lead Kevin Feige talked about planning for the next decade of MCU. Feige told the audience about his plans of heading to his “first in-person creative retreat in three years,” right after the ComicCon.
“That [board] takes us through the next decade and [those films] are unique and special and they are meant for your theaters.” About the plan of action, he told, “In the next 10 years with existing characters and new characters and new storytelling tools with the multiverse, anything can happen.”
Phase 4 of MCU is claiming every ounce of the excitement of the audience with the oncoming Multiverse enclosure Doctor Strange 2. And with the Multiverse’s opening, Phase 5 is sure to be similarly rousing, if not more.
Moreover, further releases of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania will keep the theatres busy even after the release of Multiverse of Madness. Furthermore, the Disney+ series section also looks sorted with forthcoming releases of Loki Season 2, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, Echo, Ironheart, Iron Wars, and What if…? Season 2.
