The Mandalorian and The Narcos star Pedro Pascal recently displayed his excitement to be a part of the same film as Nicolas Cage. It appears that Pedro himself is a huge fan of The Ghost Rider actor Nicolas Cage.
What Did Pedro Pascal Say About Nicolas?
Pedro said that he could not believe that he got an opportunity to star beside one of his “heroes.”
In his words,” I would never have imagined I would ever actually, you know, meet one of my heroes. Whether I liked it or not, I saw his movies more than I saw other people’s movies. So, I do not know how to describe what it was like in terms of being here and having this experience, because on the first day of shooting and saying ‘Action!’ I am in a scene with Nicolas Cage. I know how sycophantic it sounds, but that is the way it is.”
The Game of Thrones actor said this during his interview to publicize the movie-on-Movie Extras Videos on YouTube. Pascal described the experience as “indescribable,”. Pascal had spent his entire watching and studying movies. Thus seeing Cage on the screen and hearing the shout of “Action!” while standing right behind him was like something from a dream.

The picture is one of Pascal’s earliest humorous productions. It will be a nice companion to Netflix’s forthcoming comedy The Bubble, and a sharp contrast to his stint on Disney+’s The Mandalorian with his impending appearance in HBO’s The Last of Us. With his ability and versatility, this will very certainly be another hit part for the rising star. For Cage, it will be a terrific chance to get some humor with himself while honoring his past works, a concept that persuaded him to take on after he had first declined. Cage and Pascal’s Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent collaboration already appears to be exactly as amazing as Pascal promised behind the scenes, and it will be viewed by its audience next month.
The story follows Cage, who plays himself, as he considers retiring from acting and accepts a sponsored invitation to a birthday celebration hosted by a rich hyper-fan called Javi Gutierrez (Pascal). Javi is a deadly criminal lord who is hired by CIA agents Vivian (Tiffany Haddish) and Ray (Ike Barinholtz) to put a stop to his rule, unknown to Cage. The comedic picture is slated to visit theatres on April 22 after being delayed owing to the COVID-19 outbreak.
