DC is in an era of revival under James Gunn’s vision. Gunn’s Superman has already made a powerful impact, introducing us to the newest live-action heroes of this rebooted universe - Mr. Terrific, Guy Gardner’s Green Lantern, and Hawkgirl. Now that the heroes have stepped onto the stage, the DC Universe is ready to expand its roster even further. And that means one thing: villains are coming. Deathstroke
Deathstroke is a regular character in the DC universe. He has been a fan favorite, appearing in the Teen Titans TV shows, both animated and live-action ones. In the DCEU, Joe Manganiello was easier set to become Deathstroke and play a major role in Ben Affleck's The Batman. Ultimately, he was reduced a unimportant scene but James Gunn has confirmed that he will become a big part of the DCU.
Sinestro
DC's new show, the "Lanterns" Ulrich Thomsen will bring the character to life. Sinestro is among the most dangerous, powerful and most memorable villains in the DC universe. Mark Strong has already played Sinestro on live television once in the movie, Green Lantern. Even though the movie was not well received the audience are still awaiting the new TV show.
Clayface
Clayface will be one of the only villains to receive a full movie in the DC universe. Mike Flanagan brought the character into light with his latest script that has made him a part of DC Studios plans officially. DC plans on releasing the movie after Supergirl and it will take heavy inspiration from Batman: The Animated Series episode, "Feat of Clay."
Brainiac
In the DC movies, there is only one big comic villain who is yet to make any appearance on the big screen. Brainiac was always a probability that never came true. But, as per the latest reports it is being suggested that Brainiac will be featured in DC's Man of Tomorrow. The villain is the among the most anticipated characters of the DC Universe.
Amanda Waller
DC Studios has already announced that they will create a spin-off series based on Amanda Waller. Oscar-winning actress, Viola Davis who was a part of James Gunn's "Suicide Squad" is going to return in her role as Amanda Waller. In the Comics, Waller is among the most formidable villains and her temperamental personality is likely to bleed into her character in the DCEU.
