Elon Musk Says “Will Vote Republican” From Now On, Expresses His Discontent Towards Democrats

The South-African business mogul Elon Musk, in recent days, has scathingly attacked Joe Biden and his administration. Earlier, Elon Musk, in a historic purchase, bought Twitter for $44 billion. Musk characterized the purchase as a “moderate takeover” neither appeasing the right-wing nor the left-wing. However, his moderate stance has swung towards a staunch anti-Democrat in recent days.

In the mid-night musings, Tesla’s CEO vocalized his stance on the Two-Party System of the USA. On Wednesday, he tweeted, “In the past, I voted Democrat because they were (mostly) the kindness party.” He continued, “But they have become the party of division & hate, so I can no longer support them and will vote Republican. Now, watch their dirty tricks campaign against me unfold …”

This is not the first time Elon Musk has criticized the contemporary Democrats. Earlier, he said that he will cast his vote for Republicans even though he voted for Democrats previously like during the Obama election. Though Musk has expressed that he will have a moderate plan for Twitter, his actions have been catering to the Republicans. GOP, on Twitter, welcomed Elon Musk’s decision.

In previous elections, the tech giants Tesla and spaced have lobbied heavily for the Republicans. In 2021, during the Trump campaign, Elon Musk offered $2 million via Tesla and SpaceX. During his All-In Summit, he took on Joe Biden and his administration. Musk warned that Biden may turn into Ron Burgundy from The Anchorman. In the All-In Podcast, Elon said, “The reality is that Twitter at this point, you know, has a very far-left bias.”

Musk continued, “I would classify myself as a moderate, neither Republican nor Democrat. I have voted overwhelmingly for Democrats, historically. Like I’m not sure, I might never have voted for a Republican, just to be clear. Now, this election I will.” Due to heavy state income tax in the Democratic Party majority in California, the business magnate shifted his base from California to Texas.
