The former actress and the Duchess of Sussex paid her condolences to the victims who were killed at the city’s elementary school shooting at a memorial site in Texas.

Markle, her husband, Prince Harry, and their two children live in California. According to her spokesman, she traveled to Texas in her personal role as a mother to express her condolences and support in person to a “community experiencing unimaginable grief.

The Duchess of Sussex kept a low profile in jeans, a white T-shirt, and a denim baseball cap. She avoided questions from reporters as she placed the roses tied with a purple ribbon for the 10-year-old Uziyah Garcia. She was one of the victims of the attack. Markle had a bodyguard who was reportedly Alberto Alvarez.

Meghan knelt and hung her head at the cross for Uziyah Garcia, a 10-year-old victim, left flowers at the memorial, and walked around with her arms crossed.

    Time For A Flashback

The suspect was an 18-year-old male called Salvador Ramos. Texas Governor Greg Abbott said, “He had a handgun and an AR-15 rifle”. Law enforcement sources revealed “the suspect is dead, and was believed to be killed by law enforcement.” The pupils were in second, third, and fourth grades – meaning aged between 7 and 10.

Salvador Ramos shot his 66-year-old grandma in the face, then escaped in her truck while she called for aid. He outlined his crime map on the internet before executing the act. His motive is still not clear. Officials said the gunman crashed his truck outside the school, exited with a firearm, and approached a back entrance. They said he was facing a school officer. He still entered the facility and walked down a hallway to a fourth-grade classroom. He started the fire with an AR-15-style rifle after closing the classroom door.

Local policemen and Border Patrol agents eventually pushed the door open. They shot him when he fired at them, according to authorities. The school normally has an armed school safety officer. But when Ramos arrived, no armed officer was readily available.
