    She-Hulk: The Series Brings “Incredible Hulk” Connection Back To MCU

    Since the Marvel Cinematic Universe has made a foray into the long-format digital world, it has given 6 spectacular series. The list includes the Emmy nominated Wanda Vision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, What If…?, Hawkeye, and the recent Moon Knight. The shows received a thunderous response from the Marvel devourers keeping the universe intact. On Tuesday, Marvel Studios dropped the trailer of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law with Tatiana Maslany playing the titular character.

    DC Comics ventured into introducing the gender-swapped version of Superman as Supergirl. Now, Marvel Studios has given a spin-off to one of its iconic and earliest Marvel characters. The She-Hulk trailer dropped on YouTube has garnered 9 million views in 12 hours. The trailer introduces us to Jennifer Walters, a prolific lawyer, and cousin of Bruce Banner, appointed as the face of a new superhero department at her firm.

    Walters undergoes a similar transformation as Banner after a blood transfusion. She-Hulk aka Jennifer can retain her original personality, intelligence, and emotional quotient. After the transformation, she commences her work as a superhuman attorney. We can see the comeback of Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner and Tim Roth as Emily Blonsky/Annihilation. 

    Jessica Gao is responsible for creating the character of She-Hulk. Previously, she has won an Emmy for her writing for Rick & Morty. Gao is also the Executive Producer along with Kevin  Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, and Kat Coiro. There will be 9 episodes.  Kevin Feige has described the episodes as ‘half-hour legal comedy.’ Kat Coiro along with Anu Valia has directed the episodes.

    She-Hulk will be premiering on Disney+ on August 17th, 2022.
