The latest lawsuit by Adele Heather Taylor accuses her ex-husband, Roberto Orci of frequently beating and sexually assaulting her. The ‘Star Trek‘ and ‘Transformers‘ screenwriter and his former wife have been in a fix of lawsuits and counter-lawsuits since their divorce. In 2022, Adele revealed that Roberto physically intimidated her and threatened to rape Adele.
Orci’s lawyer, Daniel Paluch has denied all allegations against the writer. Adele also stated that Roberto is bipolar and an alcoholic. The ‘Star Trek’ writer has been repeatedly signed up for rehabilitation. In his previous lawsuits, Orci has in turn accused Adele of assaulting him. In 2020, Adele was arrested for assaulting Roberto but was later bailed by him.

Roberto Orci Accused Of Threatening And Abusing His Ex-Wife
Adele Heather Taylor in May 2022, accused Roberto Orci of sexually assaulting her. She claims that the writer chased her down to the garden and held her down on the ground. Roberto allegedly threatened to rape Adele. The next month, she stated, Roberto sexually assaulted her in the garden. Adele asserts that Roberto stated during the assault, “You like being raped.”
Previously, the ‘Hail Ceasar!’ actress has stated that Roberto is an alcohol abuser and bipolar. She related that he would throw raging fits and call her “slut” or “whore”. Taylor was arrested in 2020 after, Orci called the police on her for assault. He later bailed the actress. Taylor separated from the ‘Transformers’ writer in December 2022, after another alleged assault.

Orci Counter-Sued Taylor For Assualt
In June, Orci sued his ex-wife for assaulting him. He alleges that Taylor tased and pepper-sprayed him. However, he did not include his alcohol abuse in his suit. The writer has been in rehab and hospitalized multiple times for alcohol abuse. Orci claims that Taylor took advantage of him financially when he was incapacitated.
Taylor replied to these allegations. She claims that their assets were put away in a family trust. She claims the trust would be equally divided between the former couple. However, she claims that Roberto has backed out from the condition and has refused to provide Taylor with financial support. Moreover, Taylor claims that she recorded Orci as he claimed that no one would believe Taylor as she has been arrested before.
