    Texas School Shooting: 4th Grade Teacher Eva Mireles Identified As Victim

    A shooter opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde and mercilessly killed 21 people, which included 19 kids. Out of the victims who were killed in the horrific incident was Eva Mireles. She worked for the Uvalde school district for 17 years before.

    The suspect is a boy of 18 named Salvador Ramos, according to the teacher’s aunt Lydia Martinez Delgado. She shared that she is getting a lot of different news from different people. One of Eva’s neighbors said that she was one of the sweetest people around.

    Remembering Eva Mireles

    According to the neighbor, who wants her identity to be a secret, Eva’s death is a pity. Eva, according to her neighbor, was the loveliest person who loved to walk her adorable pets. Eva used to talk with her and greet her regularly, which the neighbor appreciated.

    “Her husband is a police officer and they are just very nice people. We are in shock something like this would happen. This is a quiet community.”

    According to her profile page on the school’s website, Mireles, who was in her early 40s, was the mother of a daughter. Eva’s daughter is right now studying at a college. Also, the website included Eva’s hobbies such as jogging and hiking.

    Family members verified to KSAT that 10-year-old Xavier Lopez, a fourth-grader at the school, was one of the 19 children who lost his life in the atrocity. Also, his mother had just arrived at the school for an awards ceremony, according to a relative. It would be the last time she saw her kid alive. Uzziah Garcia, a fourth-grader, was confirmed deceased by his aunt as the third casualty. Further, Garcia was in the class where the incident occurred, according to his aunt and primary guardian, Nikki Jackson. Naveah Bravo too was one of the victims whose identification was possible after her cousin posted the image of her on Twitter.
