Kanye West seems to enter the political arena once again after the 2020 elections. The rapper is ramping up for the 2024 elections early this time, unlike his last election run. In 2020, the ‘Donda’ artist registered late for the election. This time around, he seems pretty serious and intense about it. The ending months of 2022 have not been quite easy for him. He lost his billionaire status due to his hate-mongering behavior and rampage against the Jews spewing anti-Semitic comments. After the Paris Fashion Week disaster and all the brands cutting ties, Ye is ready to run for the presidential elections.
In 2020, he selected a biblical coach from Wyoming as his “running mate”. But, he is wishing to get the former US President Donald Trump as the Vice President candidate to run for the election with him. The entrepreneur also met Trump for dinner at Mar-a-Lago, the famous estate that he owns. But, the catch is, Donald Trump has also assured that he will run for the Presidential elections in 2024. Kanye released a new video “debriefing” about what unfolded at the dinner. Looking at that video, one thing that popped up was whether West would consider him to run with him.

Kanye West Asked Donald Trump On Why He Did Not Free The US Capitol Rioters
Ye is all set to revive his political career after the 2020 election defeat. On November 22, 2022, a YouTube channel ‘RedPillGangTV’ posted a video where the paparazzi asked him about the status of his presidential candidacy. The Yeezy owner replied, “Yes…It’s simple…It’s just we’re moving toward the future”. He introduced Milo Yiannopoulos as his campaign manager. The far-right political person also worked for Republican Congresswoman Majorie Taylor Greene.
On November 22nd, 2022, he met Donald Trump to discuss the avenues for a possible partnership. He also posted a poll to inform people about his ‘Mar-a-Lago’ visit and asked them what would have been Trump’s response to be his running mate in 2024. But now, the possibility of that happening is bleak. In a series of teasers which he titled ‘Ye24’, he also ‘de-briefed’ on what went down at the meeting with Trump.

At the meeting, Kanye was not alone, but he went with intelligence as per his admission. He went with Nick Fuentes, a far-right-wing commentator and the one who perpetuated that Holocaust did not happen. During the debriefing, he said, “I think Trump was most perturbed about me asking him to be my Vice President”.

But, he confessed that it was the lowest on Donald Trump’s list that caught him off-guard. Kanye confirmed that Trump was happy with the intelligence [Nick Fuentes] he walked in with. The ‘Jesus Walks’ rapper also asked him, “Why, when you have the chance, [you] did not free the January 6ers?” Ye was referring to the rioters who attacked the US Capitol after the Presidential elections.
He continued, “I came to him as someone who loves Trump, and said, ‘Go and get Corey back, go and get these people back that the media tried to cancel and told you to step away from’ “

Donald Trump May Have Insulted Kim Kardashian
After Kanye finished convincing Trump to get back these people, Donald gave him a “would-be-mob-esque” story. Kanye said, “He goes on to story about all that he went through to get Alice Johnson out of jail and how he didn’t do it [for] Kim, but for me. But, then he goes to say Kim is [beeped]. And I was like ‘That’s the mother of my children’.
He continued, “All the Christians who love Trump know that Trump is a conservative. We are gonna demand that you hold all policies directly to the Bible”. But, it did not sit well with Trump and he screamed at him and told him how he is gonna lose. Ye said, “I mean has that ever worked for anyone in the history [overlap] ‘That you are gonna lose.’ I am like, ‘Woah…Woah… Hold on…Hold on, you are talking to Ye’. Kanye ran in the 2020 elections and won around 60,000 votes.
