Obi-Wan Kenobi will follow the iconic Jedi Master on a daring quest against the Empire. Which will see him pursued by a slew of baddies. Darth Vader, played by Hayden Christensen, is heading the hunt for Obi-Wan and the galaxy’s last Jedi Knights. Vader is accompanied by the Empire’s whole strength and his faithful Inquisitors, commanded by Rupert Buddy’s Grand Inquisitor.
Considering the Empire’s overwhelming dominance, it’s unclear whether any other figures from the Star Wars will be enlisted to help find Obi-Wan and the other Jedi.
When it comes to tracking down someone, many people believe bounty hunters are at the forefront. In a similar line, a fresh rumor suggests that Vader would seek the assistance of a familiar figure. He will fulfill his aim of seizing Obi-Wan and his supporters.
Incoming Character Identified by Obi-Wan Kenobi Rumor
Obi-Wan Kenobi will include bounty hunter 4-LOM, according to Star Wars News Net. Despite the fact that 4-LOM had a brief appearance in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, this publication claims that the character would play a larger part in the new Disney+ series.
4-LOM is an interstellar robber and bounty hunter who defied his training to become a protocol droid. Darth Vader hired 4-LOM to abduct Han Solo just after the Battle of Hoth, but Boba Fett beat him to it.
In addition to Star Wars, Darth Vader, Bounty Hunters, and War of the Bounty Hunters, the droid/bounty hunter has appeared in various comic book issues. The above-mentioned comics actually occur after the actions of Obi-Wan Kenobi. Thus 4-LOM will not die in the series, according to the publication.
Obi-Wan Takes On The Empire’s Forces
4-LOM is a smart and vicious bounty hunter who excels in predicting the motions of its targets. Star Wars comics mention it. If this report is accurate, Obi-Wan should exercise caution when confronted by this protocol droid-turned-bounty hunter during his quest to defend Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa.
It’s logical to presume that the Empire will enlist 4-LOM’s assistance in their endeavor to locate the galaxy’s last Jedi. However, as history shows, 4-LOM will fail to apprehend Obi-Wan. However, the droid might have instead tracked down other remaining Jedi.
Darth Vader would have seen 4-LOM’s effectiveness in capturing other Jedi, leading to the droid’s reappearance in The Empire Fights Back. Vader and the Empire may find the droid’s intimidating attitude, along with its lack of emotions, to be a great asset.
Furthermore, 4-LOM has claimed multiple high-profile rewards for the Hutt Clan, perhaps implying that his presence in the series will take place on Tatooine. A disastrous encounter with Obi-Wan is in the bounty hunter’s future as well. Obi-Wan Kenobi will premiere on Disney+, on May 25, 2022.
