10) Eren Yeager Eren is the protagonist of 'Attack On Titan'. Eren had a very soft and big heart, but he had to disguise it and act like a douchebag to protect his friends.
9) Inosuke Inosuke from 'Demon Slayer' is not necessarily a douchebag on purpose, but he is just like that. He is truly good at heart but is untamed.
8) Usui Takumi Usui Takumi seems to be downright rude to other people. That isn't true, however, he has a good heart but he doesn't show it often.
7) Takishima Kei Takishima Kei is the love interest of Hanazono Hikari and is the protagonist of 'Special A'. He has a good heart and teases Hikari because he likes her.
6) Kagami Taiga Kagami is loud and obnoxious. In the start, it seemed like he was rude and disrespectful towards the senior, but he is quite respectful and very kind to people.
5) Leorio It seemed like Leorio is money minded and rude and a douchebag, but his reason for wanting money made fans respect him a lot.
4) Bakugo Bakugo is the live representation of a douchebag. However, despite his horrendous behavior, he still has a good heart.
3) Yuri Plisetsky Yuri Plisetsky used to be Victor's student back in Russia. He was obnoxious, rude, and entitled. But he has a good heart and just wanted Victor to be his teacher again.
2) Oikawa Oikawa seems like a douchebag who provokes and irritates most people. He helped Kageyama even though he was insecure about him.
1) Levi Levi seems to be rude, cold, and an introvert and he is all of those things. He acts like a douchebag sometimes, but he only wants good for the people he cares about.
