10) Inuyasha And Sesshomaru Inuyasha is the main character of the series and is a Yokai. Sesshomaru is Inuyasha's brother. He is a full-fledged demon and Inuyasha's half-brother.
9) Eri And Overhaul Eri is a small young girl, who is Overhaul's niece. Chisaki although Eri's uncle, was a major villain and used Eri for his good.
8) Naruto And Pain Nagato and Naruto aren't directly related to each other, but both of them are part of the very strong Uzumaki Clan.
7) Kaguya And Naruto Naruto is not directly related to Kaguya, but he is the reincarnation of Ashura, who is Hagoromo's younger son. This kind of makes Kaguya his grandmother of sorts.
6) Hyakkimaru And Kagemitsu Daigo Hyakkimaru unfortunately paid for the sins of his father, Kagemitsu Daigo. Kagemitsu is the main antagonist of the series and is, unfortunately, Hyakkimaru's father.
5) Yoriichi And Kokushibo Kokushibo, previously known as Michikatsu, is Yoriichi's elder twin. Michikatsu turned into a demon and joined the twelve Kizuki. He also killed his brother in his old age.
4) Jiraiya And Nagato Jiraiya is not related to Nagato by blood. However, he was his, Konan, and Yahiko's teacher for a while. Nagato was the one responsible for Jiraiya's death.
3) Itachi And Sasuke Itachi is the one who massacred his entire clan. Uchiha Sasuke, his brother, was an antagonist for some time, but he eventually emerged as the hero.
2) Obito And Kakashi Obito and Kakashi are again not related to each other through blood. They used to be teammates before Obito turned evil.
1) Goku And Vegeta Goku and Vegeta are some of the last surviving Saiyans in Universe 7. Although they aren't related to each other by blood, they are quite close to one another.
