Alec Baldwin’s legal problems have not ended yet as three Rust crew members have recently filed a lawsuit against him and the producers of the film.

The crew members said that they had to deal with the symptoms of the post-traumatic stress disorder following the shooting incident that happened on the sets of the film in 2021.

The lawsuit was filed in Santa Fe against Baldwin and the El Dorado Pictures production company and Rust Movie Productions LLC.

The complaint states that the injuries were caused by Defendants’ failure to follow industry safety rules and that defendants cut comers, ignored reports of multiple, unscripted firearms discharges, and rushed and understaffed to finish the film.

The lawsuit says that the crew members were in close range of Baldwin when he pointed the weapon at cinematographer Halyna Hutchins which led to her death.

The crew members mentioned that they suffered blast injuries from the sound of the gun’s discharge and one of them felt the physical force of the gunfire in the small space.

The crew member added that his ears were ringing and he felt like everything was moving in slow motion and he also witnessed Souza screaming and crawling away from Defendant Baldwin.

The complaint says that the crew members were not offered any emotional or mental health services by the producer and had to get help by themselves.
