Andrew Tate Arrested For Human Trafficking Links In Romania


Andrew Tate along with his brother Tristan Tate were detained in Romania on charges of human trafficking, rape, and running an organized crime group

Andrew Tate claimed his fame via kickboxing. But, he had a notorious image when he entered the reality show 'Big Brother' in 2016.

The authorities raided five housed in Bucharest, Romania to arrest four suspects related to an organized crime group where the Tate brothers were involved.

The investigation against the alleged racket began in April 2022 when an American woman was found at a residence near Andrew's Bucharest villa. 

According to the woman, Tristan Tate reached her via DMs and asked her to come to Romania. She told this to her ex-boyfriend, who in turn, informed the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest.

The Directorate for Organized Crime and Terrorism informed that the Tate Brothers lured the victims with a marriage or a relationship proposal. But, they would physically torture and sexually exploit them.

They also coerced women to get pornographic content filmed. The authorities have found six victims. 

Andrew Tate has been a controversial figure on the internet due to his blatant misogyny. A video surfaced online where he was seen beating a girl with belt.
