Daisy Ridley is Desperate to Return to Star Wars Franchise

Daisy Ridley gained recognition for her appearance as Rey in the Star Wars franchise. She has recently expressed that she would love to reprise her role.

Ridley said that she is open to portray Rey and that the role is not entirely over for her. She last appeared on Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, released in 2019.

She recently had an interview with IMDb regarding her upcoming project, Sometime I Think About Dying. The film would premiere at the Sundance Film Festival.

She was questioned if she would return to the Star Wars franchise and she replied by saying that she is waiting for a phone call.

Ridley spoke about the time she worked in the franchise and said that Harrison Ford gave her a gun and she said at the time that she can take care of herself.

Daisy Ridley also gave an advice for women who would be joining the franchise and said that “the world is a crazy place. It’s important to tune out the staff.”

Ridley’s comment was considered to be from a personal point of view as she has been criticized by her fans in the past.

Daisy’s character did not die in the latest film and considering that, there is a possibility that she might be cast again as Rey.
