Dakota Johnson Jokes About Armie Hammer Wanting To “Eat” Her

Dakota Johnson’s joke about cannibalism at the recent Sundance Film Festival has grabbed the attention of the internet. The event was presented by IMDbPro.
She delivered a speech saying that she was cast for a role of the infamous peach in Luca Guadagnino’s film. She added that she said no because of her other commitments.
Johnson stated that if she was a peach, Armie Hammer would have tried to ear her. The peach question was related to a portion of the film, where Timothee Chalamet finds a peach but does not eat it.
The Fifty Shades of Grey star was hinting at the accusations made against Armie Hammer. Hammer was criticized a few years ago when he reportedly fetishised cannibalism.
Johnson spoke about Guadagnino’s upcoming project titled Bones and All. She praised Luca for his work as she has already collaborated with him on two projects.
Guadagnino described Johnson as a darling frined and thanked the Sundance Film Festival. His first film as a director was the 1999 crime thriller film The Protagonists.
Dakota Johnson gained recognition for portraying Anastasia Steele in the Fifty Shades trilogy, released between 2015 and 2018. All the three films were successful at the box office.
Johnson has appeared in other films like Black Mass, A Bigger Splash, The Lost Daughter and more. She has also been a recipient of a BAFTA Award nomination.
