Parag Agrawal, the former Twitter CEO, along with former general counsel and the former finance chief of the company have filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk-owned Twitter.

According to Yahoo, the lawsuit, which was filed on April 10, plans to seek over $1 million in form of legal expenses which they had to bear while working for Twitter.

All these executives were fired by Musk in October after he took over.

In their lawsuit, the former execs have stated that they have not received reimbursement from the company.

Before the acquisition, Musk had a very public fight with Parag over the issue of bots and fake accounts on the platform.

Apart from the top executives, Musk also fired nearly half of the workforce.

Earlier this month, the court documents of a lawyer filed in a California court revealed that Twitter “no longer exists” and is now called X Corp.

In March, Twitter merged with a shell company called X Corp which "is a privately held corporation, incorporated in Nevada, and with its principal place of business in San Francisco, California“.
