The reality show star and media personality Khloe Kardashian is being sued by his former assistant.
Former staff member, Matthew Manhard, cites the reason for his termination by Khloé Kardashian as invalid.
According to court documents, Matthew Manhard was in the service of his former boss from January 2019 to November 2022.

Following his return from the injury, he was kept unjustifiably busy by Khloé Kardashian with tasks that he often couldn't take his legally required breaks.
Khloé Kardashian has allegedly refused to pay her former assistant overtime even though he worked 12-hour days.
Khloé Kardashian's legal representative has refuted the claims, stating that Matthew Manhard was "properly classified and compensated for his role."
This isn't the first time the Kardashians have been sued by their household staff. Last year, Kim Kardashian was accused of denying wages to her former gardening and maintenance staff.
