'Freaky Friday' Sequel Teased By Jamie Lee Curtis

Jamie Lee Curtis has given a significant update on the progress of the ' Freaky Friday ' sequel.

While attending the Producers Guilds Awards on March 4, 2023, she said, " It's going to happen ," regarding the ' Freaky Friday ' sequel.

During her appearance on The View on October 10, 2022, she revealed that she wrote to Disney about making a sequel to ' Freaky Friday '.

Lindsay Lohan also announced on ' The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon ' that she's open to returning for the sequel.

After dealing with the public fallout of her drug addiction, Lindsay Lohan is making a comeback.

She returned to acting with the Netflix Christmas movie ' Falling for Christmas ' in 2022.

The 2003 movie ' Freaky Friday ' starred Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis as the mother-daughter duo who accidentally swapped bodies.

' Freaky Friday ' is based on the 1972 Mary Rodgers novel of the same name. The 2003 film was Disney's third film adaptation of the novel.
