Swifties were shattered after knowing that Taylor Swift parted ways with Joe Alwyn after dating for six years.
Entertainment Tonight reported that the breakup was "amicable," and there was no drama involved.
Currently, Taylor Swift is busy touring with 'The Eras Tour.' On April 15, 2023, she was in Tampa, Florida.
During the show, a fan held a placard, asking her if she is okay. The Swifties were concerned of her well-being post breakup. The songstress seemingly replied to the concern with a thumbs-up.
While singing the song 'Delicate,' Swift reassured the fans with the gesture. After the clip went viral, there was relief amongst the Swifties.
The dating rumors started when Swift mentioned about the 2016 Met Gala, where she and Alwyn met, in 'Dress' from the 2017 album, 'Reputation.'
She also seemingly told her fans that her song, 'Gorgeous,' is dedicated to Joe Alwyn.
The two were fiercely private about their relationship, and there were only few instances where the two talked about the relationship.
Taylor will complete the US leg of the tour in August, while Joe Alwyn is busy filming his next feature starring Emma Stone, directed by Yorgos Lanthimos.
