‘Incredible Hulk’ Actress, Liv Tyler Returns To Marvel For ‘Captain America 4’

Everyone remembers Liv Tyler for her flawless performance in The Incredible Hulk, which was released a long time back in 2008.

Meanwhile, the actress is marking her big return to the MCU franchise as she has been finalized to reprise her role as Betty Ross in Captain America: New World Order.

Betty is the daughter of General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross, who was portrayed by the late William Hurt in various films and the character will be now played by Harrison Ford for the future projects of the MCU.

The Incredible Hulk was released in 2008 and received positive reviews from critics. The lead role was played by Edward Norton, who was later replaced by Mark Ruffalo from The Avengers in 2012.

Tyler Ross never appeared again in other MCU project despite that other characters from the film were brought back to reprise their roles.

Tim Blake Nelson, who played an important role in The Incredible Hulk has been cast for an important role in Captain America 4.

Other characters confirmed to appear include Isaiah Bradley followed by Joaquin Torres. The film will also mark the debut of a new character, Shira Haas.

Anthony Mackie will be playing the lead role as Sam Wilson who has taken the mantle of Captain America following the retirement of Steve Rogers. Directed by Julius Onah, the film is scheduled for release on May 3, 2024.
