James Gunn Teases Flash Sequel Movie After Confirming Director Andy Muschietti Is On Retainer

James Gunn has recently hinted towards the possibility of a sequel to Flash. He revealed the news on a Twitter and this grabbed the attention of the fans.

The tweet was in the response of a fan’s request and he said that Ezra Miller will reprise his role in the lead in the sequel, which is being reportedly planned.

The news has been getting attention as the future of Ezra is being questioned by many people following his controversies in the last few years.

The conversation began when a fan shared a tweet mentioning Gunn and was expecting that Andy Muschietti should return as the director of the sequel.

Although Miller has grabbed a huge fanbase, a portion of the audience has been demanding his removal from the franchise.

Apart from everything else, the trailer for The Flash was released recently and it has already received a positive response from the audience.

Directed by Andy Muschietti, The Flash is scheduled to release on June 16, 2023 and apart from Miller, the film also features Michael Keaton reprising his role as Batman.

The plot of the film will feature The Flash traveling back in time to prevent his mother’s death which will trap him in an alternate reality.
