King Charles’ coronation ceremony has been trending on the internet and specifically regarding the presence of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Camilla’s grandchildren would have a role to play in the upcoming ceremony which is scheduled to be held on May 6, 2023.

The kids are expected to be by their grandmother’s side during the event and according to commentator and broadcaster Jonathan Sacerdoti, the idea beings attention to the kind and queen’s blended family situation.

Jonathan said that acknowledging the blended nature of the family in an open manner would be seen as them choosing to reflect the other blended families that make up the United Kingdom population.

He added that a lot of people have stepchildren and step grandchildren and it is necessary for them to see the royal family taking an inclusive stance.

Sacredoti said that the royal family is very different from the rest of them and that they reflect many of the social changes that take place for the wider public.

A report stated that teens would hold a canopy over Camilla’s head as she is anointed with holy oil. The act is important and it is reserved for duchesses.

The report added that the grandchildren are not titleholders and have been protected from the spotlight by the parents.
