Rock Lee is a shinobi of Konohagakure’s Lee clan and a member of Team Guy in the anime series, ‘Naruto’.
Unlike most shinobi, he lacked the skills necessary to use ninjutsu or genjutsu. However, he overcomes those shortcomings by undergoing special training from Might Guy. This made him a taijutsu master while still a genin.
Under Guy’s leadership, Lee has acquired a number of his sensei’s personality traits. He is energetic, optimistic, and hot-blooded. He is the epitome of a “nice guy”. Lee is someone who keeps his promises no matter what. If he breaks any promise, he assigns himself arduous training to prevent himself from repeating the mistake again.
As per his training Lee has worn heavy ankle weights even in fights and became much faster when they’re removed, enabling him to become the first person ever to bypass Gaara’s Shield of Sand and strike him.
