Meghan Markle's Half-Sister Sued Her For $75K For Tarnishing Her Name 


Meghan Markle has been on the news headlines for some time and her problems has increased again as her half-sister Samantha has sued her.

Samantha recently appeared in front of a virtual court for the case and claimed that Meghan tried to destroy her name by fabricating a false narrative.

According to Samantha, Meghan has issued false and malicious statements about her during an interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021.

Samantha also claimed that the statements mentioned in the book Finding Freedom also had a bad impact on her. According to Samantha, this is a campaign to defame and destroy the reputation and credibility of her and her father.

According to Meghan Markle’s attorney Michael Kump, Samantha does not have anything to sue for defamation and requested that the case should be dismissed immediately.

The judge who has been presiding over the case, Charlene Honeywell finds it hard to understand how Meghan’s statements have been defamatory against Samantha.

According to Samantha, Meghan’s lies made her a subject of humiliation, embarrassment and hatred all around the world and are seeking damages worth $75,000.

Meghan Markle was previously an actress and she is well-known for her appearance in the famous legal drama series, Suits.
