Michael B. Jordan is gearing up for ‘Creed III‘, which also serves as his first directorial venture.

The actor, who plays Adonis Creed, said that “as an actor, you look for opportunities to bring a piece of yourself to your role, and work out some of your shit in the process.”

He said that he got to do all of that in this franchise.

'Creed' is a spin-of from Stallone's popular 'Rocky' franchise and follows the son of Apollo Creed (who featured in the series).

'Creed III' released theatrically on March 3 and met with mostly positive reviews.
