Priyanka Chopra Says She Fell Into’ Deep Depression’ After Botched Nose Job

Priyanka Chopra appeared on Howard Stern’s radio show and addressed a botched nose job following which she fell into a deep depression.
Chopra said that she had gone under the knife to get a simple polyp in her nose removed but there were complications that led to scarring.
Chopra stated that her face looks different and she went into a deep depression. She even lost a few acting roles due to the surgical error.
Priyanka was also scared of undergoing surgery again but was encouraged by her late father Ashok Chopra to get corrective surgery.
The ‘Quantico’ star added that she was terrified of everything but her father held her hands and helped her to build back her confidence.
Chopra expressed her gratitude towards director Anil Sharma who she described as a big help and support for her in the bad phase.
Priyanka Chopra revealed that she was supposed to portray the lead but it was then changed to a supporting character.
She wrote in her memoir titled ‘Unfinished’ that the botched nose became her strength and she was looking like other classically beautiful girls.
