Putin Issues Nuclear Warning To US, Threatens To Resume Weapons Tests

President of Russia Vladimir Putin recently gave a warning that he will cancel his country’s involvement in a nuclear arms treaty which will create problems in the resuming of nuclear weapons test.

The speech comes a year after the invasion of Ukraine started and charged the elites of the West for increasing international tensions.

Putin mentioned that the elites of the West have never hidden their purpose but they must realize that it is impossible to defeat Russia on the battlefield.

Putin also revealed that he will bring Russia out of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty which is a bilateral agreement signed by former Presidents Obama and Dmitry Medvedev.

President Biden and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met on Monday at Mariinsky Palace for announcing an extra half-billion dollars in U.S. assistance.

U.S. has previously showcased its support to Ukraine with billions of dollars in terms of financial aid and military equipment.

Putin mentioned in his speech that West was trying to achieve a strategic defeat over Russia and have control of the nuclear capabilities. Putin said that they will conduct tests if US does the same.

He added that no one should think of illusions that global strategic parity can be destroyed and that he has already signed a decree on putting a new ground-based strategic systems on combat duty.
