On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, Shakira had a few words for her ex which grabbed the attention of the internet.
In a video that has recently went viral, Shakira was spotted lip-syncing to SZA’s song Kill Bill and she sang “I might kill my ex.”
The single of SZA is already famous on TikTok and it speaks about a scorned woman who decides to take revenge against her former partner.
Shakira also mentioned in the video, “I might kill my ex/Not the best idea/His new girlfriend’s next, how’d I get here?”
She continued by stating, “I might kill my ex/ I still love him though/Rather be in jail than alone/ I did it all for love.”
The comments section of the video was flooded with reactions from the public where a few praised the move and the others were just having fun.
Shakira and Gerard Pique were romantically linked in 2011 and they welcomed their first son in 2013 followed by another in 2015. The pair separated in 2022.
