10) Namekian fusion Namekian fusion is a fusion that is quite underrated and has unfortunately been forgotten by many dragon ball fans. This fusion allowed Piccolo to fight with Android 17 on equal ground.
9) Perfect Cell Cell started as a weak character but his fusion made him one of the most formidable foes in the series. He absorbed Android 17 and 18 and became exceptionally strong.
8) Super Buu The Majin Buu arc is a topic for debate in the Dragon Ball series. Although super Majin Buu was pale in comparison to Gotenks and Ultimate Gohan, he managed to grow stronger when he absorbed both of these fighters.
7) Gotenks Gotenks is a fusion between Goten and Trunks. Both of these fighters were insubstantial before the Buu arc, but this fusion made them one of the strongest fighters. Gotenks even managed to unlock Super Saiyan 3 which made him more powerful.
6) Baby Vegeta Baby Vegeta, contrary to how it sounds, is one of the strongest fusions in Dragon Ball. Baby was a formidable enemy on his own, but his possession of Vegeta made him nearly impossible to defeat.
5) Super Android 17 Super Android 17 is one of the noteworthy antagonists in Dragon Ball GT. He absorbed Android 17 and hell fighter 17 and became powerful.
4) Fused Zamasu Zamasu and Black Goku were formidable on their own, but their fusion with each other to become fused Zamasu was legendary. Fused Zamasu was easily able to defeat any of his enemies with ease.
3) Kefla Kefla is a fusion between Saiyans Caulifla and Kale and she is so strong that even Super Saiyan Blue Goku was nothing compared to her. She is from the sixth universe and their Saiyans are immensely powerful and she proves this.
2) Gogeta Gogeta is a fusion between the two strongest fighters in the series, Goku and Vegeta. This form is attained by the fusion dance and is extremely powerful.
1) Vegito Vegito is also a powerful fusion between Goku and Vegeta but this one is attained by the Potara earrings. It is more powerful than Gogeta. Vegito was easily able to defeat Super Buu and Fused Zamasu in the form. This makes it the strongest fusion in the entire series.
